“We started Bassey Home & Reset because we believe care and order shouldn’t be luxuries. One of us brings the hands-on attention of a nurse, the other the systems to make it run seamlessly, and together we built something we’d want for our own home.”

I’m Crystal-Bel, a Registered Nurse by training and a caretaker by nature. Born in North Carolina and raised in South Africa, I grew up surrounded by a deep respect for hospitality, community, and the quiet dignity of a well-kept home. Two very different worlds shaped me: the wide-open landscapes of the African bush and the pace of American life. Between them I learned to notice details, adapt to people, and bring calm wherever I go.

That same attentiveness carries into every home I care for. Years as a nurse taught me precision, discretion, and how to meet people exactly where they are. Those are the skills I bring to every reset, every visit, every detail.

When I’m not resetting spaces, I’m usually planning my next trip, lost in a good novel, or replaying memories of safaris and sunsets that still feel like home.
